We swept the entire map and filled in dungeons and slayer caves that were missing monsters β Stronghold of Security, Chasm of Fire, Mourner Tunnels and many more are now populated.
A full content audit found combat areas that had no spawns. They've been repopulated with the right monsters so your slayer tasks and training spots all work as expected.
